About JunkMates

JunkMates is a residential and commercial junk removal company working out of 15th Street in downtown San Diego, with a second location on Regal Road in Encinitas. The crew removes furniture, mattresses and appliances, clears offices, houses and storage units, hauls construction debris and yard and landscape waste, cleans up construction sites and rents dumpsters. Estimates are free and given in person, with on-the-spot quotes based on how much space the load takes up, how heavy it is and how hard it is to get out; mattress removal is published at $100 to $140 depending on size. Usable clothes, books and full-sized furniture are donated and paper and thin plastic recycled, while hazardous waste and chemicals are not accepted. The service area covers San Diego County from Oceanside down to Petco Park, including Carlsbad, Del Mar, La Jolla, El Cajon, Vista, Chula Vista and Escondido.
